Delete your account

For anyone with a Graymat login — on the web or in the Graymat app for Android and iPhone. Two ways to ask, one person who processes it, and a plain list of what goes and what stays.

i.Ask from the app

Open the Graymat app → More → your account (your email, at the top of the Account section) → Delete my account, then type DELETE to confirm. The app shows that your request was received and when.

ii.Or ask by email

Write to [email protected] from the email address you sign in with, and say you want your Graymat account deleted. If you can no longer sign in, this is the way. We may reply to that same address to confirm it is really you before acting.

iii.What happens next

A person processes every request within 7 days and confirms by email. It is not instant on purpose: a login is woven into a business’s order history, and removing one should never be a side effect of a tap.

  • Deleted: your login — your name and email in our sign-in system — and the notification address of every phone you used the app on. You can no longer sign in, and you receive nothing more from Graymat.
  • Kept, because it is not yours alone: the record of the work you did for a business — for example which orders you confirmed or packed — stays in that business’s history. That history belongs to the business, which can delete it under its own agreement with us (Privacy Policy, section x).
  • On your phone: uninstalling the app removes everything the app kept there.
Two cases we ask you to sort out first. If you are the only administrator of a workspace, hand administration to someone else before deleting — otherwise the business would be locked out of its own account. If the whole business is leaving Graymat, the business owner asks at [email protected] and the business’s data is exported or deleted as the Privacy Policy describes.

iv.Questions
